These terms cover the purchase of Listing Guard Pro, a Chrome extension add-on for Etsy sellers, from this site.
Pro is a monthly subscription. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it processes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt and license key. Its terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase. We do not receive your payment details.
You can cancel at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your receipt email). Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. In addition, we will refund your first payment within 14 days of purchase if you ask: email [email protected] with the email you bought with.
Listing Guard gives guidance based on simple pattern checks. It can miss things or flag harmless text. Etsy alone decides what is allowed, and we do not guarantee that a listing, message or shop will not be reviewed, removed or restricted by Etsy, whether or not you use the tool. Use is at your own risk, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
One license key is for your own use. Do not share or resell it.
